Cruden Financial owner builder. RCB Group Project and Site management services. Controlling selection of trades and their services. Monitoring engaged trades progress in relation to the agreed program. Quality and safety management. Management of cost against the agreed budget .
Design & Approval process
Client engaged me from the beginning to turn his sketches into a fully compliant design including re-design of existing essential services. RCB collaborated with EJE architecture for the detailed planning through to the completed design. RCB then guided the client through the private certification approval process with Buildcert.
Construction
Budget was the driving factor as well as a quick turnaround to allow cruden financial begin trading. Essential services for the space were reconfigured and tidied as the fit out had no ceilings. Following partition wall and glazing suite installation . A new kitchenette, timber feature wall panelling and timber privacy screen were installed by design and made joinery. Tiled floor and splashback to the kitchen area and carpet throughout. Sign writing to the existing facade glazing completed the works.
