RCB Group continues to collaborate with Cub Projects, providing specialist Project and Site Management supportacross civil construction, demolition and remediation projects.
Working alongside an established civil contractor, RCB Group provides experienced leadership and hands-on management across projects for Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders, Defence, Public Works, local councils, the Catholic Diocese and private developers. Project experience spans civil works, subdivisions, demolition and remediation of contaminated sites.
RCB Group’s ongoing involvement includes project programming, site and subcontractor coordination, safety and quality management, client and consultant liaison, workforce leadership, and tender and bid management from planning through to completion.
This ongoing collaboration demonstrates RCB Group’s ability to integrate seamlessly with established contractors, providing the additional management capability, structure and expertise required to successfully deliver complex civil projects.
